Erie Bike Night

"I'll see you downtown!"

Travel to downtown Erie on Thursday, May 20th to experience Bike Night, brought to you by the Erie Downtown Partnership.
State Street will be closed down and the road will be filled with bikes of all kinds! Whether you ride a cruiser or a chopper, it doesn't matter even if you don't own a bike. Just come to check them out and visit bars and vendors along the way!

The event will begin at 6pm. Remember there will be no parking for cars along State Street so pick a side road to park on and walk over to the fun!

Erie SeaWolves


Check out the Erie SeaWolves in action this weekend at Jerry Uht Park! The first 500 fans will recieve a SeaWolves Pennant.

The game starts at 1:05 and will be against the Trenton Thunder. Tickets can be purchased at the box office located outside of Jerry Uht Park.

Blues & Brews Fest


It must be time for beer sampling!

On Saturday, April 24th Peek n Peak Resort will be featuring the Soul Men, Blues Brothers Tribute Band! Go to Pizzaiolos from 3-7pm to participate in the festivities!

Along with great tunes, you will be saturated with samples from Magic Hat Brewery, Straub Brewery, Harpoon Brewery, Leinenkugel's, Rust Belt Brewing, Great Lakes Brewing Company, Southern Tier Brewing Company, and Erie Brewing Company.

Erie Beer Fest


Let the drinking begin!

The Erie Micro Brew Festival is presented by WQLN and the Brewerie at Union Station. This is a great chance to come out and sample beers from 25 craft brewers! Not only will there be some great beers to taste, but you can win prizes, see cooking demonstations and be entertained by various performers!

The cost is $30 per person and this year, you can purchase a Designated Driver pass for $5!
Be sure to get there early so you can be one of the first 400 to get official Erie Micro Brew Festival Train Whistles!

Erie Bayhawks


Go out for some high flying fun with the Erie Bayhawks! The Bayhawks play at the Tullio Areana on select nights from November thru April. These games are entertaining and fun.


This Developmental league team is the minor league affiliate for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors.

80's Thriller Bash


Classy 100 and Bud Light are hosting their fifth annual Halloween 80's Thriller Dance at Rainbow Gardens on Saturday, October 24th from 9 p.m.-1 a.m. Tickets are available at Presque Isle Beer for Less for $10 or you can purchase them at the door for $12.
This is a BYOB event and you can bring your own snacks too. It's sure to be a thriller, so come dressed to your best in 80's gear!
There is a moon walk contest sponsored by Erie General Electric FCU, so get those shoes greased up and let's see what you got! You could win an awesome 80's basket as well as $100 Visa Gift Card. Other contests will be happening for best dressed male, female and costume sponsored by Doc Holidays.

Wine Fest 2009


Wine, Wine, Wine! Red or White. Sweet or Dry. Sparkling. Dessert. Chardonnay or Cabernet.
Now, you can find out which you prefer at the up coming Wine Fest!

The North East Wine Festival will be taking place this weekend, September 25-27 at Gibson Park and Gravel Pit Park. You'll be sure to have a good time with all the fun activites planned for this event.

This year will feature 7 wineries in the Wine Tent, serving over 40 varieties of wines. There will be music to dance to, grapes to be stomped and wine to be drunk.

All in all, a good time! Entry is $6 at the gate or you can buy tickets for $4 at any Erie General Electric FCU branch. They will also have an ATM setup if you need some extra cash while you're there!

There will also be free shuttles to pick you up and take you around to the different Wineries. So, your designated driver is taken care of!
